Compatibility with Contact Form 7 issue

    Hi!
    The Contact Form 7 and WPGlobus worked correctly for a long time on my site. But some time ago the contact form stopped working properly in the Russian version:
    * in Chrome on Linux mashines the form opens in the very bottom of the page, not on top, as usual. Meanwhile, the form works correctly, I can fill in all the fields, submit and receive the message
    * in FF or Chrome on Windows I can’t open the contact form at all
    * in FF on Linux the form works correctly
    * in the English version of my site the form works correctly in each browser and on each platform.
    I’ll be thankfull for any advice
