When I test with Lite Cache it works fine. Did you empty the cache first?

So I cleaned the cache many times ??
Please try to active caching and browser in which you are not logged refresh the page “Ctrl + F5” several times and then check.

    Yes, same here.
When you clear the cache and you load the page for the first time, it is shown the right way. But Lite Cache does not save the right output.

A workaround is to disable the option “All contents (the whole <body>)” of “Apply plugin settings on…”. But I don’t know if that’s enough in your case.

On my blog I use WP Super Cache and it works fine.
