compatibility with Buddyboss 1.5 and WP 5.5.1

  • Hi, it seems that this plugin (which is superb by the way) interacts with Buddyboss in a way that I cannot see content of attachments sent in messagings. It did not use to be a problem, I think. Could this be due to our updating to WP 5.5.1 ? Any other ideas?

    Ok, I will try to be clearer. When the Tooltipy plugin is activated (and only then) the Buddyboss plugin does not work properly. Buddyboss has a messaging feature whereby you can send messages to other users of the platform. These messages allow for attachments. When Tooltipy is activated, you can attach documents to a message, you can see the file, but you cannot see the file content, neither as a sender nor as a recipient of the message.     I don’t see what the relationship between the 2 plugins but please try to disable Tooltipy and install the new version of it which is in beta and see if that fixes the problem, if that works fine for you, you will be even able to import your keywords to the new version using a tool in the advanced tab in settings
