    Hi,

I’m using your plugin and considering upgrading to the pro version. It works well with the basic components of WooCommerce but when I activate the Astra pro theme, the quantity change bugs for a step of 0.25. There is a rounding problem. I spoke several times with Astra pro support so that they could resolve the problem but they just told me that after study, the problem is not their responsibility and that it is up to your plugin to make itself compatible with Astra.

Is this really your responsibility? Can you do what is necessary to make it compatible? And I will upgrade to the paid version. I can provide you with access to the FTP and admin of my test site if you wish to examine the problem.

    Best regards

    Hi bvsmith!

    1. It is currently not possible to purchase the Pro Version of the Plugin.
All payment accounts for Russia are blocked.
    2. Never give anyone Access to your Website Files. As a last resort, you can make a simplified Clone to simulate the problem.
    3. It is very strange to hear such statements from Astra Technical Support.
My Plugin complies with Codex-WP Rules and is 100% compatible with any standard WP Theme.
It is not clear to me what “compatible with the Astra Theme” means. This is nonsense.
Therefore, I would even say this: “The Astra Theme” is not Compatible with common sense.”
I am sure that this was done intentionally and they have a very specific development plan with restrictions for Compatibility.

However, if the Astra Developers provide their Recommendations, then I am ready to carefully study them.

Sorry to hear it. The free version is enough for my needs at the moment. I will take the paid version when possible for services rendered.

I’m not sure that they’ve fully figured out the problem. I will return your message to them and continue to provide them with more technical elements to find a solution. Furthermore, I will keep you informed of progress.

Thank you for your quick and detailed response.
