I can’t comment on what I would recommend, as it’s then quite biased :).
Both plugins are in their own right a “beast” of a plugin. The SEO Framework deactivates most of its output and options when another “beast” is detected; like All in One SEO Pack.
It’s for a good reason: I do not recommend running these plugins at the same time. As conflicting output data may arise.
It’s up to you to decide what works best for you. And if you have any specific requirements or other questions, feel free to ask!
