Compatibility with 3.9.1

The info on this plugin indicates that this is only compatible up to 3.6.1 Are there efforts to make this compatible with 3.9.1?
As a test, I tried running a made up contest. The system does not submit by entry, nor does it return the social sharing feature upon submitting. This is why I am thinking it is a compatibility issue.
