compatibility Product catalog – Safari

    Will someone help me solve a mystery?
    At https://cestycasem.cz/eshop is a product catalog. There are all products in it (there is not much, about 40). At https://cestycasem.cz/eshop-stredozeme/ is the same product catalog, just a selection of products. In Chrom, they open both. In Safari, the first one, where all the products are, will fall into an error, the page will not appear at all – it will end up with the white area in the browser. I’ve tested about a million combinations to see if there is a bug in the code of any one of the products, but I did not find it. The error is somewhere in the Catalog Product and Safari. According to statistics, there is something on this page, because even robots visit more catalogs, where there are only some products and little to find the one common https://cestycasem.cz/eshop or https://cestycasem.cz/katalog In this Safari I have nothing disabled, all java scripts, etc. are allowed. Could someone advise me where the error is?

  • Hi micekflicek,

    We tested the links you provided on our computer and it seems to be working fine except it opens the pages really slow. The slow loading of pages could be an issue with your server since all the links on your website are loading slow.

    Also, if you check the developer console, it shows quite a few errors related to the theme you’re using which could also have effect on page load times.
