It seems that there is a compatibility issue between Advanced Gutenberg Blocks – Qubely 1.2.3 and tutor 1.4.6.
The “Plus” Symbols (when you add many topics to a lesson) are not active and you cannot “open” the lesson and see the different items.

I tried several times and I discovered that if I do NOT update the Qubely Plugin to the last version (1.2.3) the LMS tutor is working fine. If I update Qubely to the last version the “plus” are broken.

Nevertheles I cannot know if the technical reason is on the LMS Tutor side or Qubely side.

  • Hi there,

We’re sorry for the inconvenience. I have tried to reproduce the Plus symbol issue. But I couldn’t get that.

Where you are getting issues: course page or inside the lesson?

How many topics and lessons under a topic do you have?

    What theme you are using?

I hope I can reproduce the issue if I get enough information for you.

    Thanks

    Hello Mehedi,
    I am running:

    WordPress-Version 5.3
    Aktuelles Thema: ASTRA
    PHP-Version 7.2.24###
    – Qubely 1.2.3 and tutor 1.4.6.

    https://smashing-learning.net/courses/course-1/lesson/physik-schalter-im-stromkreis/

Can you have a look please?

I created 1 Course and I have 4 Lessons, but the Plus on left of the page does not work, so I cannot open the accordion menu and see the subitems of the lesson. How can I send to you a screenshot?
    Thanks
    Paolo

I am having this issue everytime I enter the course and I see the list of the lessons. The list is not active, I cannot click it. The “plus” buttons do not work.

If I click on the right “continue to the lesson” button I enter the first lessen and also there the list of all the lessons and the navigation on the left is inactive, does not respond to my click.

    Hello @paolorav,

Can you make sure your CSS save method is set to Header from Qubely options.
I’m using Qubely pro 1.2.3 alongside Tutor LMS Pro 1.4.3 and I haven’t experienced any incompatibility issue yet.
Can you also check your site health from admin dashboard Tools> Site Health.

I visited your site and tried to register as a student for a free HSP course that you offered on your site. It did allow me to submit the registration form but I didn’t receive any email to activate my account.
Consequently I was unable to take the course to test whether moving from one lessons to the next was seamless or had any issue due to the updates.

Sometimes you can diagnose your site by disabling your plugins then reenabling them one by one to find the plugin that is causing this issue.

At the end, I’d reiterate the fact that Qubely Pro 1.2.3 and Tutor LMS Pro 1.4.3 along with WordPress latest version 5.3 are perfectly functional.
