    Bonjour Pierre,

There is a compatibility problem with the “AJAX Login and Registration modal popup + inline form” plugin, when the user requests a “reset” of the password via the Ajax Login plugin, this generates a critical error on the site. When I deactivate your plugin it works.
If you have time to watch this!

    Merci pour ton aide,
    Luc

    Hi @toilebleue !

Sorry to hear that… and thank for this precise report.
I will investigate it (even if I have my own idea about why) and keep you informed if I can find a workaround.

    Hi!
I’m unable to reproduce this issue with the free version of “AJAX Login and Registration modal popup + inline form” plugin. Are you using the pro version? Do you have detail on what is the critical error?

    Thanks.

    Hi !
    It’s the free version.
This is when you try to connect after having reset your password.
With the login form in popup version : https://infonature.media/ (next the button “s’abonner”)
    Thanks!

Definitely not able to reproduce it.
    Can you confirm the steps:

    1. in the modal connexion box, click on “Mot de passe oublié?”
    2. then receive a mail
    3. follow the link given in the mail
    4. set a new password
    5. return to modal login form
    6. type user/mdp
    7. click on “Se Connecter”

If process is ok, can you tell me at what step is the error, what does this error look like (in browser, logs, etc.) and what is the message?

    Thanks.

    Pierre,
The message was “a critical error has occurred on your site” (wordpress error page)
I tried again on my side and surprisingly it works now (I had the plugin disabled)
The message came from one of my users, and I had also noticed connection errors on ipad.
Has it been possible to have deactivated and reactivated the plugin?
    Thank you
    Luc

    Hi!
I doesn’t understand very well: is it working now or do you have the same issue when Sessions is activated?

By reactivating the plugin the error does not reproduce any more …. I do not know why while a user sent me the print screen of the error that I had noticed a similar problem on an ipad.
    To be continued …
