    Hello,

I’m using the WPC Badge Management for WooCommerce plugin, which I find really useful. However, I’m currently encountering an issue when trying to use it alongside Elementor with the Loop Grid widget and a custom-made template in the loop.

Unfortunately, the badges created using the plugin are not displaying correctly in my setup. I’d like to request more information or assistance regarding this. Specifically:

    1. Is there a shortcode available to manually display the badges? OR
    2. Can you provide details about the hooks used by the plugin to render the badges so that I can potentially integrate them into my custom template?

Any guidance on how to make the badges compatible with Elementor’s Loop Grid widget would be greatly appreciated.

Thank you in advance for your support!

    Hi @juanpnl ,

    For your information:

    1. You can try inserting this shortcode [wpcbm] to see if it works. If not, then there must be a conflict so our our plugin is not compatible with the template you are using.
    2. I consulted our developers but they said they couldn’t provide any hooks for now. Best regards.

The shortcode [wpcbm] works perfectly! However, it would be ideal if the shortcode could be called with a specific ID for each badge that is created. For example: [wpcbm id="2525"], where 2525 is the post_id of the badge. This would allow for precise control over the placement of each badge.

Do you know or have a quick fix for that?

Or what might be nicer, maybe, is [wpcbm groupname””] so you have a bit more control with it.

    Hi @juanpnl ,

It’s impossible to change that since there are conditions for each badge (global badge) and all products that can satisfy the conditions will have that badge. It’s not like you can choose to display a specific badge for a product. That product must satisfy the condition of the badge.

In the upgraded version of this plugin, users can directly add badges to specific single product page >> Product Data >> Badges. In that case, the shortcode will list all the badges added to each product specifically: https://doc.wpclever.net/wpcbm/.

    Best regards.
