    Hello everyone,

    I am currently using the “WooCommerce UPS Shipping – Live Rates and Access Points” plugin on my e-commerce website based in Tunisia. I want to provide real-time shipping rates to my customers using UPS shipping services.

    However, before proceeding, I would like to clarify the compatibility of the plugin with UPS services from Tunisia. Does the plugin support Tunisia as a shipping destination? Additionally, what are the necessary steps to enable UPS services from Tunisia, such as obtaining an API key or other access information?

    I am also interested in the availability of shipping rates from Tunisia to different international destinations. Are there any specific restrictions or conditions to consider?

    If anyone has already used this plugin with shipments from Tunisia, I would be grateful for sharing your experience and providing advice on the optimal setup.

    Hi @imedz, as the authors of the plugin, we can advise that, historically, we have not found any reports to suggest that there is any restriction to using our plugin to calculate UPS Live Rates to and from Tunisia.

    To start displaying UPS rates, you should be able to easily authorize plugin through your ups.com account. More details in our documentation:

    UPS itself may have further details on possible restrictions, so I recommend contacting them as well.
