Compatibility issues with the woocommerce deposits partial payments invoice

    Hi

    I have just installed this plugin and also bought a pro version of it but i can’t seem to make it work with WooCommerce deposits plugins, The invoice is successfully created for 1st deposit but when i go into 2nd deposit for a partial payment reminder i see this error

    and when i checked the logs i saw that a certain class was missing from the plugin

    You said “also bought a pro version of it”, do you mean the Pro version of the deposit plugins or our Professional extension?

    Hi,

    I mean i bought the professional extension of pdf invoices and packing slips, i am using a pretty old version of the woocommerce deposits, Could that be the issue?

    Using an outdated plugin can be certainly the main reason of the issue. My recommendation is to update it as soon as possible.

    Paid plugin is not an issue, It’s the free version of the pdf invoices and packing slips that do not have those files,

    use WPO\WC\PDF_Invoices\Compatibility\WC_Core as WCX;use WPO\WC\PDF_Invoices\Compatibility\Order as WCX_Order;
    It’s these file which are missing which gives errors

    Even if this issue is only related with the free version (which we still need to confirm it), since you are using a paid extension, you have the right to use the premium support, too: We offer quicker and premium support to our customers with a valid license there.

    In the meantime, we need you to update the deposit plugin, to rule out the issue is gone, but if not, then we could proceed to check our plugin to see if the issue can be fixed from our side, once you have contacted us at?[email protected].
