    Hello,

I really like the way breeze works. Whenever I activate it on several pages ninja forms do not load. I now excluded my eventpages, but this is not a good solution. Maybe anyone knows how I could it make working by excluding some javascripts or css?

First of all, I apologize for the inconvenience you’re facing. Could you please share the console log after enabling Breeze to check if it contains any errors? As mentioned, some JS or CSS files might be conflicting. It would be helpful to identify the exact point of conflict. To do that, reviewing the console log errors would be crucial. Please share it with us so we can better understand and resolve the issue.

    Hi,

I added the same form here: https://beb-ev.de/test-kontaktformular/

This page is cached. The output is the same as in the not cached page.

Hope that helps, please let me know when I can delete it.

Thank you for sharing the details. Yes, please go ahead and delete that URL. I have forwarded it to the engineering team for further investigation, and we will share our findings once the investigation is complete.

Steps Taken to Replicate the Issue:

    1. Test Environments: Conducted tests on both a single-site setup and a multisite (subfolders) setup to cover different configurations.
    2. Form Variations: Tried multiple types of forms to ensure various scenarios were covered.
    3. Editor Settings:
      • Enabled and tested with the Gutenberg Editor.
      • Enabled and tested with the Classic Editor.
    4. Breeze Configuration:
      • Ran tests with different combinations of Breeze settings, toggling each option ON and OFF to observe any potential impact.
    5. Cross-Browser Testing: Repeated the tests across several browsers, including Firefox, Edge, and Chrome, to rule out browser-specific issues.

    Findings:

After these extensive tests, was unable to replicate the reported issue under any of these conditions.

    Conclusion:

The issue might be arising due to a conflict between multiple plugins specific to the website, rather than an inherent issue with Breeze or Ninja Forms that can be replicated elsewhere.

To narrow down the source of the problem, recommend:

    • Disabling all plugins except Ninja Forms and Breeze.
    • Observing if the issue persists.
    • Checking if any relevant information appears in the debug.log file, which might indicate the source of the conflict.

This approach should help determine whether the problem lies within plugin interactions or if additional troubleshooting steps are needed.
