    when I was getting accustomed to the theme on localhost everything was working fine but when I installed the theme for my website it could not customize. it could only show a blank white page and widgets section with nothing else in the customizer section

    when I checked out the website, it was working well with on the front end

    I deactivated every plugin and i noticed the problem was with amp for wp

    when I tried again in localhost again everything worked fine with both theme and plugin, I am not sure if the issue is with the theme because the plugin works well with other themes and I can only customize the theme after deactivating the amp for wp plugin

    Hi,

    There’s probably an error in the customizer, when you have amp installed. Can you please if that’s so and what is the specific error?

    I can’t figure out what error it is exactly but that’s the code it returns at the for the error and two warning about slow network

    Unfortunately, I can’t figure out what’s happening from that error code. It doesn’t look to be related to the theme, at least from what I can understand.
    Neve does work with AMP, we’ve checked that, but in this case, it could be something specific to your site’s settings, I’m not sure. I’m sorry I’m not able to help.

    okay thnx. I will try reinstalling since it got installed with many errors and even returned a server error at some point after installation plus pictures getting cropped, seems everything came off so wrong

    got this sorted. the error was coming from a plugin
