Compatibility Issues

  • Hi

    I have these two problems that break checkout, you can get to the last page enter all the card details in but the “Place Order” button will not do anything.

    These are the plugins
    YITH WooCommerce Gift Cards Premium 1.8.5
    Reward Points Pro For Woocommerce 3.5.7

    I have tested and all other plugins I have are compatible, and with the original woocommerce checkout they do not cause a problem.

    I like your plugin, but cant use it unless this can be fixed. I have disabled for now but if you can fix it please let me know

    This sounds like a JavaScript error on the last step. Maybe you can enable the plugin for a moment, go to the last step and make a screenshot of the page with the JavaScript console open (Ctrl+Shift+I in the browser), similar to this screenshot.

    If the issue comes from an incompatibility with one of the two mentioned plugins, then I’m afraid I cannot test anything as these are commercial plugins. In this case you could contact the support from these plugins and ask them to make the plugin compatible with the WooCommerce Multi-Step Checkout plugin.
