Compatibility Issue with WooCommerce Subscriptions

Hi! Just spent 2 months debugging an issue with the WooCommerce Subscriptions plugin. The bug issue was every time a subscription renewal went through it would trigger 2 orders and 2 confirmation emails. WooHelp pinpointed the issue to your plugin, saying there was a start and stop trigger that was interfering with the Subscriptions plugin, which was causing the plugin to trigger twice.
We’d love to still use your plugin, can you keep me posted if there will be a fix for this?Thanks!!!
