I’ve observed that the gallery functionality appears to be malfunctioning when integrated with my current WordPress theme. The display of the gallery is inconsistent, and certain features seem to be dysfunctional. Are there documented compatibility issues with specific themes, and if so, what steps can I take to address them? Specifically, when I switch to the default WordPress theme, everything appears to function correctly. However, with my current theme, the hover colors configured in the admin section do not show on the front page gallery, and the borders and shadows are missing.

It sounds like you’re encountering some compatibility issues between our gallery plugin and your current WordPress theme. It’s not uncommon for certain themes to have conflicting styles or scripts that can affect the functionality of plugins.

To address this, we have a feature called “gallery compatibility settings” that you can utilize. These settings are specifically designed to help resolve conflicts between our plugin and various WordPress themes.

By enabling the gallery compatibility settings, you may be able to mitigate the issues you’re experiencing with the display inconsistencies, dysfunctional features, and missing hover colors, borders, and shadows.

To access these compatibility settings, navigate to the plugin’s admin section and look for the options related to gallery compatibility. From there, you should be able to toggle specific settings that can help align the gallery functionality with the styling of your current theme.

Give this a try, and hopefully, it will help address the issues you’re facing. If you need further assistance or if the problem persists, feel free to reach out to us, and we’ll be more than happy to provide additional support and guidance. We’re here to help ensure that your gallery looks and functions seamlessly with your chosen WordPress theme!
