Compatibility Issue with iKnowledge Theme

Hi everyone,

I encountered a problem when activating a plugin with the iKnowledge theme. Both the site and the admin area crash upon activation. Using Plesk, I was able to extract the following error from the log:

My setup details:

• WordPress version: 6.2.2
• PHP version: 8.2.23
• PHP memory limit: 512MB

Has anyone else encountered this issue, or does anyone have an idea on how to resolve this? Any help would be greatly appreciated!
