    Hi Login Customizer team,

I’m using Fluent Auth on my login page and there are some integration issues… Fluent Auth has a magic login feature that allows users to log in with just a click (email gets sent to their inbox and they can log in by clicking on that) however, this plugin hides that feature.

    Please advise,

    Parm

    Hello @parms,

Thanks for reaching out to us!

I tested this on my end but wasn’t able to replicate this behavior. Could you please share some screenshots of the plugin settings you’re using? It would also be helpful to know which theme you’re currently using so I can investigate further.

You can upload the images via Imgur.

    Warm regards,

    Beatrice.

    Hi @beatrice12,

I’m using a child theme of Astra. As for Fluent Auth settings: I have just activated Magic Login and Social Login.

See here for settings and screenshots of login page with and without colorlib active.

    Hello @parms,

We tested it together with my colleague, but we didn’t encounter any issues. Could you please provide us with a list of the plugins you are using so we can rule out any compatibility issues?

Thank you and have a great day!

    Best regards,

    Cristina

    I am using:

Could it be the WPS Hide Login? Though all that does is change the login URL.

    Hello @parms,

    Thanks for sharing the details!

I tested this using the plugins you mentioned, but I wasn’t able to get access to these specific ones:

    • Fluent Forms Pro Add-on Pack
    • Fluent Booking Pro
    • Fluent CRM Pro
    • LearnDash LMS
    • LearnDash LMS – Elementor

It’s possible that one of these might be interfering with the Magic Login feature. If possible, could you try temporarily deactivating them one by one and check if the issue persists?

Let me know how it goes!

    Warmly,

    Beatrice.

    Hi @beatrice12,

I have tried deactivating all plugins mentioned and am still having the error as mentioned above.

I also at some point had deactivated all plugins except the 2 of concern (Fluent Auth and Colorlib) and still had the same error.

Is it possible Colorlib formatting is just covering the formatting of the log in page (i.e. z index) rather than actually changing what’s on the page?

    Please advise.

    Hello @parms,

Just to better understand what might be happening, could you let us know which versions of your theme and also of Fluent Auth and Custom Login Page Customizer you’re using? That might help us troubleshoot more effectively. Thank you!

    WordPress version: ?6.7.2

Theme: Astra Child, Astra version: 4.8.12

    FluentAuth version: 1.1.0?

    Colorlib version: 1.3.3

Please do assist with this, between the two, the functionality of FluentAuth is more important to me than the visuals of Colorlib. If I had to choose between the two, it would be FluentAuth.

    Hi @parms,

Please go to your WordPress dashboard > Login Customizer > General Form Options > Increase the value for the ‘Form Height’ > Publish.

Please let me know if it helps!

    Hi @beatrice12,

That worked! Thank you. One last question, for some reason the WP language select dropdown appears beside the login form for me rather than below. How can I update that to be below the form?

    Thanks,

    Parm

I’m also okay with hiding that completely as the language options are only English Canada and English US. Yes I think I’d rather hide that, please advise on how to go about hiding that entire thing.

    Thank you!

Update: I have added the following code to my functions.php file and have gotten rid of the dropdown:

/* Remove language selector from login */

    add_filter( 'login_display_language_dropdown', '__return_false' );

Thank you for all your help!
