• Hello,

I have found that all of my pages break that were setup using CornerStone via ThemeCo’s X Theme if I have the Enlighter plugin enabled. My home page and other pages that were created without cornerstone content work just fine, but my other pages do not. What happens is I see the header and the footer mashed together at the top of the window with no body/content. As soon as I disable the plugin the body/content loads successfully.

I have raised awareness with the premium theme developer as well, but I am worried that they might be able to resolve it on their end and it ends up being something going wrong in Enlighter instead. I could be wrong, and I don’t have anything to back up my theories.

The page that doesn’t work with the plugin enabled is this: https://www.vcn.com/terms/
    – I currently have the plugin disabled because this website is in production, but I can re-enable it for your viewing if you would like.
    – Please see the comparison image here: https://i.imgur.com/f1brV19.jpg

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

    Hi captainf0dder,

reliying on your screenshots, i cannot investigate whats going wrong – i need a full working demo page/example to identify the issue.

most of the plugin incompatibilities are caused by javascript errors because of the mootools framework which is used by EnlighterJS. a lot of this issues have their origin in weak javascript code used by thrid-party developers and this can only fixed by them.

investigating issues of “premium” themes/plugin is very complicated because i (or any other opensource plugin developer) did not have access to them. therefore it is not possible to test such plugins in a controlled testing environment (there are a lot of open issues regarding premium plugins…sorry for that).

    best regards, Andi
