Compatibility issue caused by pro add-on changing CSV file type to json

    I am using the pro add-on(8.1.22). Are there a reason the filter applied to wp_check_filetype_and_ext in page.import-export is changing CSV extension type to JSON…? Could this filter be added only when it’s needed? It leads to validation error for other plugins such as RankMath when I try to upload a csv.

    Thank you for getting in touch, we do appreciate your time. Unfortunately, as your question specifically relates to our Pro add-on, I will need to ask you to open a support ticket on our website.

    As per the www.remarpro.com guidelines, we are not allowed to offer any support for our premium add-ons on these forums as they are reserved for queries directly related to our base plugin.

    With that said, this does seem to be a shortcoming and I’d like to discuss it with you further (via email).
