Compatibility Issue Between Tickera and Astra Theme in WordPress

  • I have encountered an issue when using the Tickera plugin with the Astra theme in WordPress. The error occurs when friendly URLs are enabled in Tickera. When this option is activated, Astra causes an error, and the system stops functioning correctly.

    I tried to resolve the issue by changing the permalink structure in WordPress to different options (Day and Name, Post Name, etc.), but none of these configurations solved the conflict. It seems there is an incompatibility between how Astra handles URLs and Tickera’s implementation of friendly URLs.

    If anyone has found a solution or has any insights on how to resolve this incompatibility, any help would be greatly appreciated.

    The URLs are not affected by the theme used, but it is possible that the issue might be coming from something else. Can you please try switching to the default WordPress theme and then observing if you are able to replicate it?
