Compatibilities

Hi!
Are there any incompatibility with Striking theme or others plugins?
Because when I install NextGEN Gallery I can see the extra menu on the left side of administration panel, but i just can see “Tags”, “Roles” and “Reset/Uninstall”, I’m a administrator user… You know what could it happen?Thank you!
