Compatibile plugins?

    The plugins advertises protecting contact forms. Does it integrate with a specific set of contact form plugins, or is it monitoring all non-admin POST requests for certain behavior that would be considered spam? There’s a lot of hand-waving about functionality and it would be great if there were more documentation on how this plugin works.
