    Users with the Shop Manager Role do not have the “switch users” capability for roles created by the WooCommerce Wholesale Prices Premium Plugin.

    Users with the Shop Manager Role can switch to users with all other roles.

    The Shop Manager role has both edit_users and list_users enabled.

    This is a regular (not Multisite) installation.

    I’m unable to support paid plugins. Your best bet is to get in contact with the plugin author as they’re in a better position to identify the issue.
