• Hi there,

I was hoping that live composer would simply read the enhanced category’s custom post type, and put the content into the content module, and the featured image into the thumbnail module. No such luck, and I’ve not got a clue about coding.

Is there any way you can make your plugin compatible with live composer in the same way as you have done with visual composer? Or would that only mean I could edit the enhanced category visually, when actually I am looking for deeper integration. Live composer only allows a single page as a template for archive results – so I was hoping to use their dynamic template modules with your plugin to achieve individualised category pages.

I found this documentation, which seems like it could be relevant, but I’ve no idea where to put the script: https://livecomposerplugin.com/docs/add-post-templates-support-to-a-cpt/

    Hope you can help,
let me know if you need more information,
I will ask the same question of the live composer team.

    Thanks,
    Sam.

  • Hi Sam,

Actually you can create fully features post listings for category, tag and author post listings in Live Composer.

    See this screenshot

Once you create a template, just drag and drop POSTS module on empty page and it will work as posts listing. You can customize the look as you want using module settings.

For plugin developers: we are welcome custom integrations with Live Composer and will promote to our users for free once it’s done. You can also sell your integration on our website https://livecomposerplugin.com/add-ons/

    Have a great day.

Hi guys, we’ll look into integrating our plugin with Live Composer. Will update the topic here when it’s done. Thank you!
