    Whenever i add products to compare, the products are not visible on iPad & phones. Please help to fix this issue, it is not great for our website users.

    Hi,
    we have just checked in your installation and the issue seems to not depend by mobile devices, since we cannot see the compare list even in our PC.
    We have also tried it in our local installation and it works fine. So, maybe some plugins you have installed (or your theme) are causing this issue.
    Please, try to deactivate all plugins, leaving only WooCommerce and YITH WooCommerce Compare active, and see if the problem is solved. If so, try to activate them again, one by one, to see which one causes the issue.
    If the problem isn’t caused by a plugin, try to activate the default theme Twenty Sixteen and see if you have the same issue.
    Also, if you have customized some files in your theme, please try with a fresh installation without any customization.

    Please try this solution and let us know what’s the result.

    Ok, thank you for your reply. I noticed there was an update today for your plugin. I did the update, and it is now working on the desktop, but not mobile devices.

    Not sure why.

    All the plugins we have are required. So i don’t want to de-activate any permanently.

    Hello there, i have the same problem, products are not beeing included in the comparison.

    My website is https://www.ceroresiduo.com

    I use Cloudflare + Autoptimize + W3 Total Cache.

    Tried to add https://www.ceroresiduo.com/?action=yith-woocompare-view-table as mentioned to the page rules with no success.

    I have also tried to deactivate W3 Total Cache fully but also did not work. There is something i am missing? The theme is supposed to be compliant with yith compare.
