Compare Not Working

  • Hello There Support,

    I am using ELECTRO theme by themeforest on my website. I am adding items in compare list, but when I click the Compare link to see the items nothing happens. I have already created a page for items comparisons but nothing is happening, it redirects to the page but the page is empty. No items listed for comparison.. ??

    Hi,
    it’s a strange issue. Are you using cache system? If yes, try to exclude from cache the compare page or the cookie yith_woocompare_list.
    Could you also provide me a link of your site?
    If the plugin comes bundle with your theme, have you tried to contact your theme support?
