Behavior: After click on the compare button at archive and single product page the compare modal popes up with that particular product in compare.

When you click on second product and click on compare the first product is removed from the compare modal and only the second product is shown.

This is not the expected behavior as both products should be in compare however the product doesn’t remain in compare.

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

    Hi @nish53,

    Greetings! Hope you are well.

You’re right; it shouldn’t behave that way. However, this issue seems specific to your site. I’ve checked the compare module, and it works fine on my end (see video).

I’ve checked our site URL. There are some console errors on your site (see screenshot). It may happen due to an environmental conflict. I would request to run a conflict test with the following steps:

    • Run a plugin/theme compatibility test:
      – Switch to a default WordPress theme like 2020 or Hello Elementor, and check if it resolves the issue or not.
      – Temporarily deactivate all your plugins except for ShopEngine, WooCommerce, and Elementor and see if the issue persists.
      – Reactivate the plugins one by one to identify if any of them are causing conflicts. In this way, you will be able to detect which one causes the problem.
    • Check the PHP version compatibility of your WordPress and plugins
    • Clear browser/site cache and cookies and check from Incognito mode.

    Kind Regards

    Arif
