Company’s logo not showing on new listing

    Hello, I have a client’s website using your plugging, but something very weird is happening. In the listing form, one of the fields is the company logo. It is not showing for new listings to upload the image (still shows on old listings that had the logo uploaded before.)

    Hi Gabriela,

    are all GeoDirectory plugins updated to their latest version? (in case you are using some premium plugins?)

    Is the field “Is Active” option enabled?

    Do you see any error when opening the add listing page in DevTools > Console?

    Yes, it’s active and it’s updated. I don’t see any errors on the console regarding this. I will open a ticket.
