• Hello, My partner’s company website has been down for a few days. We added a few plugins last week to improve it but it stopped working when we checked it on Monday. I’m not sure if we ran out of space, in which case we can reduce content. The problem is we can’t access the Web page at all, and we’re not developers so we’re really struggling here. My partner can still access his company’s email address on the domain, but he lost access to his WordPress account. That’s why I created this account to reach out, but I’m not the owner. I’m happy to forward your support to him, you can also contact him on his domain email [email protected]
    Thank you!!!

  • Try to update your PHP version. If that didn’t help reinstall the latest version of wordpress from your cpanel file manager

Thanks Yasir! I’m not a developer and couldn’t figure out how to apply your advise. The domain uses the free version of WordPress. Is it possible to get support via remote logging or should we get an upgrade first? Happy with the upgrade option if a must – we really need to restore the website.
    Thanks
