• Hello,

I have your WP Support Plus Plugin – Love it so far! One big issue though…

I also purchased the add on for “company / user groups”. There’s a bug with it. When a user of a company is logged in, the DASHBOARD works fine, but the TICKETS list pulls up every ticket for everyone even if they are not part of that usergroup.

To test this, i created a fresh user and placed it in a fresh usergroup. When that user logs in, they should see nothing.
    – Dashboard: nothing – no tickets
    – Tickets Tab: they see everything – All tickets

  • Hi @techsonsite,

Please check you have not given agent/supervisor capability to subscriber user. Manage role from Support Plus > Settings > Role Management setting. Please note, you should not add users with support staff capabilities e.g. agent / supervisor / administrator. Using these users in company will not give required results. Please view this link for more details. https://www.wpsupportplus.com/company-usergroups/

    Hello,

The fresh user that I created was created as a standard user (in this case they had ‘customer’ permissions).

The person that created the ticket might have been a support agent though but that shouldn’t matter as they shouldn’t be allowed to see that.

    Please advise.

    Thanks

    Hi @techsonsite,

The ticket are visible to all users because they are marked as public. Please change ticket type to Private.
