• I purchased a developer version of one of this companies modules, and started using it.

    First the documentation sucks and is missing several things.

    If I followed the upgrade process as was in the manual, every time I upgraded I lost all my data. Did I mention this was the Photo Gallery plugin? So ya lost everything each time.

    Given this I started testing the Facebook, Instagram, and YouTube plugins.

    When I purchased the Photo Gallery plugin there was no package/bundle offering for the developer versions (unlimited site installs) of their full set of plugins. Now there is.

    I contacted sales to see if I could have my lic upgraded.

    They were rude, argumentative, and refused to help me. All they wanted to do, was to start selling me a subscription to the bundle of plugins and every time I renewed the subscription add the time I had left on my Photo Gallery plugin to the end of that, for just that one plugin. Which means since I would always need to renew the bundle, I would never get into the remainder of the time on the Photo Gallery plugin.

    They would not even give me a $10 on the bundle in exchange for the 8 months left on the Photo Gallery plugin.

    All they care about is your money. Once they have it, you get nothing for support from them. Nothing but rude, condescending, and insulting responses.

    DO NOT BUY from this company! I will NEVER give them another penny!

You have been using Uninstall option maybe, which has totally different purpose and removes all plugin related data including galleries.

    3. We have offered to increase your license, plus after purchase you can cancel the subscription, it is not required to keep it and offered to keep your Photo Gallery license after cancellation for another 8 months.

    4. Our bundle offer is available for over a year now, thus it has always been available when you were making the purchase.

    5. Our refund policy allows refunds within 40 days, but you have been using Photo Gallery for 4 months when contacting us.

    6. We are not being rude, we have made you the offer of not losing the money paid in the form of keeping your license after the expiration of the bundle, that’s our policy. We are always being polity and want to help out our clients as much as possible.

    That’s not correct. Your plugin page on www.remarpro.com advertises the pro version.

    You made reviews about the pro version legitimate when you did that and this review will not be moderated.

    Let me make this more clear:

    That statement is wrong. Users who buy your pro version, of ANY of your myriad plugins that you host on www.remarpro.com and promote the pro versions, are permitted to bring up that fact in a review.

    In this case, he’s rightly referencing the fact that his other purchase had a bad experience, so he’s not a fan of you, AND he had a bad time with this plugin too, so now he likes you less.

    tl;dr: You upsell, you opened the door on complaints about the upsell process and how it relates to all your products.

    I can not agree with your opinion. I got the free Version of the Plugin Facebook Feed and the support helped me with a false translation order. They login to my ftp an “coded” it right. So i am very surprised about that fast support.
