    Hi there,

I’m new to using Fluent CRM but I’m impressed so far. Thanks for a great plugin!

I’ve activated the Company Module in the Advanced Features Settings and I can add contacts to Companies and record Notes and Activities for each Contact or for a Company.

I’ve been trying to find a way to see all the Notes and Activities related to a Company – ie all those for the Company as well as the Contacts in that Company – to get an overview of the history of all contact with that company and the people in it by the different people in my organisation.

I can’t seem to find a way to do that, though. Can you help please?

    Thanks in advance.

    Hello @oldcreakyknees,

    Thank you for reaching out!

Upon reviewing your query regarding the consolidation of Notes and Activities for Companies and their Contacts, I understand your desire to gain a comprehensive view of a company’s engagement history.

Contacts and Companies are distinct entities. Consequently, Notes and Activities are unique to each entity. Companies have their dedicated Notes section as shown in the screenshot here: [Screenshot]

The consolidation feature you seek is not currently available within FluentCRM. However, I would be happy to create a feature request based on your feedback. This will allow our development team to consider your suggestion for future implementation.

In the meantime, please feel free to contact us if you have any further questions or require assistance.

    Hi @ibrahimsharif,

Thanks for getting back to me. It’d be great if you could add that as a feature request and I look forward to seeing it implemented.

Is there a way to write a report for this using Fluent Forms?
