    Hi there

    My company logo isn’t showing on the invoice at all, all I get is a little box with a red X in it.

    I have added the logo via the media library and then copied and pasted the url for the image but it isn’t being picked up.

    Can you advise what I might be doing wrong?

    Hi Izzy,

    Did you’ve picked up the File URL or the actual browser URL?
    Do you have any errors in your log file?

    When I upload the image to my Media Library and grab the File URL from image like below and add it to the Template settings tab company logo field, it works.

    Hi – apologies for delay in replying – yes I can give it a go, although it is on a live site.

    Can I ask is it safe to do that – I read the instructions though on WordPress & it mentioned “development copies of a site”. (Bit nervous I don’t want to scupper anything!).

    If so is it to add the debug code to the config file, there were a few options there, thanks

    Hi,

    Did you got it to work?
    It’s in general bad practice to enable debugging on a live site and I can advice you to create a copy of your website for testing purposes or just enable debugging, try some debugging and disable debugging again.

    You can install below plugin, enable debugging and send me your PHP errors from your debug.log file.

    They should point out what is causing the problem.

    Hi

    Sorry about delay in replying, no unfortunately I haven’t.

    I have tried the debug plugin and the results are:

    [07-Nov-2017 15:59:13 UTC] PHP Notice: Undefined index: real-accessability in /home/cdssgorg/public_html/wp-content/plugins/real-accessability/real-accessability.php on line 31

    I did try and deactivate the real accessibility plugin for a few days and then check the invoices for orders which were taken thinking it might burst into life, but there has been no change.

    It is strange as it used to work fine but something happened on the 9th September as all orders 57 and prior show the logo and all orders 58 and onwards are missing the logo.

    Appreciate any thoughts Bas
