You might want to use a plugin like Simple Custom CSS to add it:

Nice idea (and a neat little plugin ;)) but unfortunately it has not solved my issue…

Can you try in another browser or on another computer maybe? Could be a stale cache on your usual machine.

I have the same issue on my site. I installed Simple Custom CSS and added the CSS you recommended, cleared my cache and it still didn’t work.

I have had to take the logo down until this is rectified…
