    Hi there,

we’re using the plugin on one of our pages. Unfortunately, there’s some trouble with the company logo which appears in three different sizes:

Featured image on the job offer: 1210x423px (example)
Mini image on the job offer (the size defined by your plugin): 3x3em (example)
Image in the job overview: 705x470px (example)

By using images for this field either heads on the images get cropped or there’s a … not so nice viewpoint of the images.
While searching for a solution I stumbled over the fact that the size of the images depend on my theme (Enfold).
However, the size 1210x423px isn’t given by the theme anywhere. So I’d like to know:

Where does the size of the featured image comes from and if possible, how to change the definition of the image to a background image. By using a background image I could make sure the background-position is rewritten via CSS.

Thank you for your help in advance!

    Hi!

This is in fact a bit of a complicated question; it does depend on your theme, and without a link to the actual site, I can’t really give a detailed answer (your image links no longer work). Can you provide a link to the site, please?
