  • I had a similar issue with the latest update. I went to settings>media and changed the thumbnail settings to the width I wanted my thumbnail to be, and then unchecked ‘Crop thumbnail to exact dimensions (normally thumbnails are proportional)’, re-added the logo and it worked!

    ^ that. Also we have a fix to go out soon which will use ‘thumbnail’ size instead of full. This will help.

    Hi Mike,

    Can you please tell me when company logo problem solved ?

    We are waiting like crazy.. bcz it is major bug in our site.

    Have you tried the solution mentioned by page52 in their comment above? Did that not work for you?
