Company Doesn’t Respond

No problem with the product, but can’t get through to the company.
On 10/25/20, I accidently ordered the wrong version for $39.50 and then followed it up with the right version for $47.21. Both charges are on my credit card. I have been trying to reach them for over a month by email and phone. I just learned from this forum that they don’t have phone support.
All I want is a credit for $39.50.
