Company Description field 'locked'

I have upgraded to WP version 4.3 and now when posting a job listing, the Company Description field is locked (cannot edit). In fact going through the fields using the tab key actually skips over the field completely. I am also using the WP Job Manager Field Editor by Myles McNamara and I tried to change the field type from ‘wp-editor’ to ‘text’ and the field becomes editable. I disabled WP Job Manager Field Editor plugin but problem persists.

The only way I could solve the problem was to revert to the previous WP version. All my plugins updated to the last versions available including WP Job Manager.

Is there a solution to this problem?
