Companion plugin not installing

    I installed the Lemmony theme last week. I’ve since not been able to install the Lemmony companion plugin. I’ve tried at least ten times and I only get the “installing…” processing on the button. It won’t let me edit anything in theme unless the plugin is intalled.

    Hi there,

    Do you have access to the PHP error log? That might help us to understand what might have happened.

    Also it is possible to install it via plugins page, so you can try this method:

    1. Go to Plugins > Add New, search for “Lemmony Companion” and then click “Install Now”.
    2. After installaion is done click on “Activate”.

    But still, it would be great to understand why it is not working, so we can fix it so that the PHP error log would be much appreciated.

    I am having the same issue with the Lemmony Theme. Same exact display of “installing” and never updating to installed. https://www.shoestringcreatives.com

    Currently, we still can’t replicate the issue in any of our test servers, but we will add some improvements in the next theme update.
