Compact Album thumbnails not in 3 columns or responsive

Sorry as this is still in dev env so there isn’t any link to share with you.

Is the grid default to 3 columns? Because mine are all stacked up up in 1 column even thou the thumbnail is set at 300 x 200.

Please make sure that you have changed the number of Max. number of album columns option from the shortcode. Please see also the following image.

The max. number of album columns is default to ‘5’, so my albums should show 5 columns, right? But mine only showed 1 column. After changing this value to 3, it is still the same. I’m using compact album by the way.

I’m sure i must be doing something wrong here. Look forward to your advise.

Please note that this behavior may be because of the dimensions of your page layout.

Are you able to advise more when you say the behaviour maybe because of the dimensions of my page layout, does it specifically mean that my grid width shouldn’t exceed any size in ‘width’? I’m not using any widget on page by the way.

Please Inspect any of the Thumbnails and send us a screenshot of it. Please see an example.

We meant that the content of your Theme is probably small that’s why the Thumbnails’ grid does not display correctly.
