Compatibility with kk Star Rating

Hi,

I’m using WP Fastest Cache and recently installed the kk Star Rating Pugin to give users the “quick and dirty” option to rate a page without login or email or something.
Sadly once a page is cached users can not vote anymore, the stars remain grey. I already searched for a solution and other users seem to have the same problem:

Though the kk Star plugin developer seems not to answer. Maybe here somebody knows how to make the plugins work together? Is there a way to exclude the files from cache somehow , does the Premium version of Fastest Cache offer a way around or does anybody have a alternate light-weight rating plugin that is working with caches?
