Compability BWS Adsense Plugin

I use BWS Google AdSense plugin to display my Google ads.

the plugin have ability to show google adsense on Home Page and per post page.

i try using this plugin on Duena theme, google ads won’t show on Home Page, but it show on per post page.
My Theme seting for static Home Page using Lastest Post.

then i try to switch using default wordpress twentyfourten theme.
it was showing google ads on Home Page.

i try to ask the plugin developer, it say theme not have compability “the_content”
i don’t understand what it mean.

could you help me?
