What is the exact [ecs-list-events] shortcode you are using? It looks like the one on that page might be a different shortcode than ours, in which case you might need to reach out to the creators of that plugin.

Alternatively in our pro version, it is possible to have a button at the bottom of each event, and specify the localized text you’d like to appear:
