• Firstly hello,

    My problem is lingotek doesn’t work anymore, a problem appears what is called “Payment required, community disabled.” When I try to access to the interface of Lingotek by entering my Lingotek account, it kicks me out by saying you’ve been inactive so long.

    Could you fix it please ?

    The error: Payment required. Message: Your community has been disabled. Please contact your local administrator or Lingotek Client Success ([email protected]) for assistance.

    I have this kind of an error, and when I try to reach to support, my mails aren’t received by the [email protected].
    This plugin is important part of my site and now I’m interrupted. <span style=”text-decoration: underline;”>Please, return me ASAP. </span>
