Communication/Form Plugin

  • Hey,

    I’m looking for some kind of form plugin that allows my costumers to get in touch with me. That sounds like any form plugin.. But I need to give them a response time of 1-5 min. Which is Insane, with a capital I.

    So I need the form to give me a nudge or buzz of some kind. A SMS would be the best alternative, but that would cost money.. Which I don’t have.

    Help please..
