Communication with clients

Hi! Is it possible to communicate with the clients via the plugin from the wordpress dashboard? Our plugin set up has a section where clients can leave Notes. Is there a way to reply to our client after reading their notes? For example: When a client enters their data and leaves a “Its getting tough note”, we would like to have the ability to quickly send a reply to that note to encourage our clients.
