Communication Error

Currently, the site has a daily backup, with the PRO version.
For the past 5 days a backup could not happen, this error happens in the settings “Backup stopped due to server communication error” with a link “Resume Backup” next to the link.
When clicked the message goes away and says “Success” with a link “Test Again”.
On the “Backups” page at the top, the loading bar says “Processing Files”, but sits there, a couple hours later the error comes back up.
Any ideas?
