    Currently, the site has a daily backup, with the PRO version.

    For the past 5 days a backup could not happen, this error happens in the settings “Backup stopped due to server communication error” with a link “Resume Backup” next to the link.

    When clicked the message goes away and says “Success” with a link “Test Again”.

    On the “Backups” page at the top, the loading bar says “Processing Files”, but sits there, a couple hours later the error comes back up.

    Any ideas?

    I’ve emailed you about this issue, please check it out and let me know. Based on that we’ll be able to help you further. Just one thing that I forgot to mention earlier, please check if you have whitelisted this IP : 52.33.122.174 on your server.
    If you are running WordFence or iThemes on your WordPress site, make sure you whitelist the IP there too!

    Hi,

    The backups are triggered from our server which has the IP 52.33.122.174. We need to communicate to your WP site for us to run the backup seamlessly and reliably.
