1. Deliverability issues.

If you’re seeing a notice that MailPoet Sending Service stopped sending your emails, but you haven’t reached your subscribers limit, please reach out to us via our Premium form.

2. Plan approval questions.

If your plan is still pending approval and you haven’t heard from us by email, please reach out to us via our Premium form.

3. Sending doesn’t work.

MailPoet relies on Task Scheduler to send emails. If your emails are not being sent, please check the following Knowledge Base article.
